WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

FOB classes are a mix of various heart rate intensity levels, backed by science, with the best of barre to get each person burning the maximum amount of calories and fat in an hour. FOB classes end with a full dancers stretch to increase flexibility and impact strength over time. FOB average calorie BURN: 500-700 per hour. 

 

The best part about FOB isn't the sweat, as proud as we are of that.  It's our inclusive culture and being accessible to every fitness level, from novice to advanced, because each exercise is thoughtfully curated with options for all.

Full Out Barre is a fully accredited program (NASM, AFAA, and ACE) done in a safe community with (sweaty) arms wide open for women of all shapes, sizes and colors. 

 

Instructors are expertly trained in ballet and fitness knowledge to help protect each participant's body, and all classes are structured to reduce lagging, wasted time in class, providing quick transitions and mixing smaller muscle group work thoughtfully between interval work.
