FOB classes are a mix of medium intensity variables for toning and balance; and ballet inspired high intensity intervals. FOB classes end with a full dancers stretch to increase flexibility and impact strength over time. FOB average calorie BURN: 500-700 per hour. Yes. Please.

Come experience the barre workout central Arkansas is buzzing about. Full Out Barre is opened our first brick and mortar location in West Little Rock in 2018, and is opening this spring in Bryant. This challenging and super fun variable intensity program combines the best of high intensity interval training and barre for the individuals who are ready for a killer barre workout that knocks it up a notch from what you may have experienced in barre before.
Instructors are trained in ballet and fitness knowledge to help protect participant's bodies in challenging ballet positions, and all classes are built and structured to reduce lagging, wasted time in class, providing quick transitions and mixing smaller muscle group work thoughtfully between interval work.
