Membership Cancellation Policy

We offer several membership options, including monthly auto-renewing memberships. Only the 4-Class Monthly, 8-Class Monthly, and Unlimited Monthly memberships renew automatically on a month-to-month basis. These memberships will continue to renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the client.

Clients may cancel an auto-renewing monthly membership at any time using the same method used to enroll, including through the Mindbody app, by phone, or in person. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no future charges will occur once cancellation is completed prior to the next billing date. If a cancellation request for a membership is submitted after the membership charge has processed on the scheduled charge date, the charge will not be refunded. The client will retain full access to their membership benefits and may continue taking classes as normal through the end of the current billing period. By booking a class or holding a membership, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies. Clients will receive electronic confirmation once their cancellation is successfully submitted. Cancellation is complete upon confirmation from the studio For step-by-step instructions on managing or canceling an auto-renewing membership, please visit: https://support.mindbody.io/s/article/How-to-manage-your-auto-renewal-contracts

All other offerings — including single classes, class packs, trial offers, and annual memberships — do not auto-renew and will expire at the end of their stated term without requiring cancellation. If you experience any difficulty canceling online, our team is available to assist by email. We do not require in-person cancellation or unnecessary steps to end an auto-renewing membership.

Membership Pause Policy

Memberships at Full Out Barre are not eligible for routine pauses. As a general rule, memberships may not be paused or placed on hold. At the studio’s discretion, a temporary pause may be granted on a case-by-case basis for limited circumstances that prevent class attendance due to a physical limitation, such as injury, pregnancy, surgery, or similar medical reasons. Approval of any pause is not guaranteed and is subject to review by studio management.

If approved, membership pauses are granted for limited durations only, generally not exceeding two to three months. All pause requests must be submitted in advance and confirmed by the studio in writing.

No-Show Policy

Clients who register for an individual class are expected to attend or cancel their reservation in advance. If a client fails to attend a scheduled class without canceling at least 12 hours prior to the class start time, a $20 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Clients will receive automated reminder notifications prior to their scheduled class, including reminders of this cancellation window and applicable fees. It is the client’s responsibility to manage their bookings and cancellations through their online client account or app.

This policy helps ensure fair access to limited class space and supports our instructors and studio operations. By booking a class, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
