The One Thing I Wish People Knew About My Field

Fitness is not just for “fit” people; it’s for everyone. Fitness is just as much about physical health as it is about mental health and self care. Walking into a new fitness class can be intimidating, even terrifying!We never, ever want someone to feel intimidated at FOB because they do not feel “fit." Eh, just the thought of that makes me want to cry y’all!


Fitness is a journey, and we are all at different places, and all those places are okay, and most welcome here with us. Fitness is whatever you want it to be for you, whether that is your time for self-care, somewhere to release your emotions, a goal of fat loss or muscle gain, or just somewhere to have fun. Choose a fitness home (whether it’s FOB or not!) where you feel supported, encouraged, and free to be YOU!
