What Keeps Me Coming Back To My Job Every Day

My people and love for the barre are what keep me going. I love being surrounded by lots of people in a sweaty dance studio with loud music blasting. I love the workout and I love my people, so being able to make FOB a combination of those things has been such a blessing!

My favorite class is one where I look out and I see women of every color, shape, size and fitness level in front of me. Sometimes I pause, and look around at everyone in class, and I’m in awe. In awe of their strength - mentally and physically, and in awe that they are allowing me the honor of doing what I love to do.
